How I work

Someone in operations describes a mess in their own words. The first job is to hear the data problem underneath: what is not being measured, what is being measured but not used, what is being used but means something different to each team.

From there I design the architecture — the shape of the pipeline, the model, the decision layer and where a human stays in the loop. Then I lead the team that builds it.

Every system ends with a number the business already tracks. I do not report accuracy to stakeholders. I report whether the metric moved.

On confidentiality

The real work is confidential. So I rebuild each system on public data and publish everything: the code, the notebooks, the write-up, and what broke. You do not have to take my word for any of it.
